I've been in the wedding industry for an entire decade, and The Bailiwick is the venue I built from everything I learned along the way.
We sit two miles from the city of Medford, tucked between a golf course and a wooded tree line. Couples come here for the Northwoods feel, the three-day access, and the certainty that whether their wedding day is eighty degrees and sunny or a soft snowfall in January, it will be exactly what they pictured.

Outdoor Ceremony
Permanent wooden arbor, bench seating, and a tree-line backdrop that shifts with every season.
Indoor Ceremony
Climate-controlled, all-weather. A backup plan that feels intentional — not a compromise.
Reception Hall
Seats 275. Dancefloor, bar setup, licensed bartenders, and a sound system for speeches — all included.
Bridal Suite
Three rooms: a hair & makeup station, a coffee bar, and a private changing room with full-length mirrors.

The Grounds
Full venue, dining tables & chairs, dancefloor, bar setup, licensed bartenders, sound system, patio, parking, and cleaning — with three days to use it all.
On-Site Ceremony
Permanent arbor, wooden bench seating, and access to the climate-controlled bridal suite with three dedicated rooms.
Tableware Package
Tablecloths, napkins, silverware, ceramic plates. Set up and cleaned up by our team — you never touch a thing.
